This policy explains what PartnerBOT.ai collects, why, and what choices you have. It covers the website at partnerbot.ai and the PartnerBOT.ai application.
Who we are
[Legal company name], based in Charlotte, North Carolina. You can reach us athelp@partnerbot.ai.
What we collect
- Account information you give us: name, work email, company, and billing details.
- What you type into the assistant, and the documents it generates for you.
- Basic usage information, such as pages visited and features used.
- This website uses no analytics or session recording tools. The application records basic usage so we can keep it working and see which features are used.
Cookies on this website
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. There is nothing to accept or turn off, so you will not see a cookie banner here. If we add visitor measurement later, we will name the tool on this page, and add a consent banner if that tool uses cookies. The PartnerBOT.ai app is separate and needs a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in.
How we use it
- To run the service, answer your questions and generate your documents.
- To handle billing and support.
- To keep the product working. We do not read your conversations to improve it. If you contact support and send us a conversation, we look only at what you send.
AI processing
Your questions are processed by a third-party AI provider so it can produce an answer. We send only what is needed to answer your question. Under our agreement with that provider, your content is not used to train their models, and it is not shared with anyone else. [Name the AI provider here, and confirm the training commitment with them in writing before this page goes live. This is the first question a channel buyer asks.]
Who we share it with
- Payment processing: [name the payment processor].
- Hosting and infrastructure:Netlify for the website, and our application hosting provider for the app. [Name the application host.]
- Email and support tools: [name any tool that can see customer email, for example a help desk].
- We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep account information for as long as your subscription is active, and for 90 days after it ends so the account can be restored if you come back. Your conversations and generated documents stay in your account until you delete them or close the account.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Close your account at any time. When an account closes, we delete its conversations and generated documents within 90 days, except anything we have to keep for tax or accounting records.
- If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, or you are a California resident, you have additional rights over your personal data, including access, correction, deletion and the right to complain to your data protection authority. Email us and we will handle the request.
Security
See the security page for how data is protected.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell subscribers by email.
