These terms apply when you use PartnerBOT.ai. By subscribing, you agree to them.
The service
PartnerBOT.ai is an AI assistant for channel and partner managers. It provides answers, templates and generated documents. It gives general guidance, not legal, financial or contractual advice. Check anything that carries commercial risk before you act on it.
Subscriptions and billing
- Individual plans are $14.95 per month or $120 per year.
- Team plans are quoted separately.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term, monthly or annual, until you cancel. We email a reminder before an annual renewal.
- We do not refund part of a term. Cancel and you keep access until the term ends, and you are not billed again.
Free trial
The trial runs 5 days. At the end of the trial, your access stops unless you start a paid subscription. [Confirm whether a card is required up front, and whether the trial converts automatically.]
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your account settings in the app, or by emailing us. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. There is nothing to negotiate and no retention call.
Your content
What you type stays yours. The documents you generate are yours to use in your business.You can use them with your partners and your customers, including inside client work. You may not resell the templates themselves as a product, or publish them as your own template library.
Acceptable use
- Do not share your login with people outside your subscription.
- Do not use the service to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.
- Do not attempt to extract the underlying models or resell access.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted.Individual plans carry no uptime commitment. Team plans can include one, agreed in writing when the plan is set up.
Liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute is handled in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
