Where your data lives
The website runs on Netlify. The application and its database run with our application hosting provider, in the United States. [Name the application host and confirm the region with whoever runs the app.]
How it is protected
- Traffic to the site and app is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
- Stored data is encrypted at rest by our hosting provider. [Confirm with the host.]
- A small number of named administrators can reach customer content, and only to investigate a support request you have raised or to fix a fault.
- The database is backed up daily and backups are kept for 30 days. [Confirm the actual schedule with whoever runs the app.]
AI processing
Questions you type are sent to a third-party AI provider to produce an answer, and nothing more than the question is sent. Your content is not used to train that provider's models. [Name the provider, and get the training commitment in writing before this page goes live. A competitor leads with exactly this claim, so it is worth being able to prove.]
Access and accounts
- You can sign in with a Google, Microsoft or Apple account, or with an email address and password. [Confirm whether single sign-on is offered on Team plans.]
- When someone leaves a customer's team, the account administrator removes their access, or emails us and we remove it.
Certifications
PartnerBOT.ai does not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar certifications today. We would rather say so than imply otherwise. [Correct this if any certification is in progress, and name only what is genuinely held or audited.]
